I created “Return” as an individualised, tailor-made 6-week program, aimed to meet you where you are at and take you back into confidence.
This program starts with a 60 min consultation where we discuss your illness or time away from exercise. After taking the time to understand your limitations and needs, I will put together a tailor-made plan just for you. This will incorporate your rehab exercises if applicable as well as the daily plan of action to restore your health and fitness safely.
Added to this, you will have 24/7 access to me via in-app support as well as weekly coaching calls to work through any emotional or physical challenges that you may be dealing with.
