As a competitive athlete and qualified strength and conditioning and nutrition coach, I have had the privilege of seeing what works and what does not work, both on myself and on the dozens of clients I have trained. Whether you are looking to get into the best possible shape for an upcoming fight, or whether you are wanting to shed excess fat and build some muscle, my online training programs are for you!
I created the G.I.Jess app during the Covid lockdown with the aim of providing an exciting online home training system for my clients. Since then, the app has evolved to include both bodyweight training, as well as in gym training offerings. The app is fully integrated with follow along HD videos and fitness and nutrition trackers to ensure a high quality workout experience every time.
Since 2020 I have created sustainable training programs for everyone from pregnant and postpartum women to professional athletes! Whether you are wanting to reach a new fitness milestone, torch body fat or get toned, there is a G.I.Jess training plan to suit your needs.
